Lauren Elise Daniels holds a BA and MFA in Creative Writing [USA] and has edited nearly 100 published fiction/non-fiction titles for AUS, NZ, UK, and US authors, spanning literary and genre fiction through memoir, psychology, and historical. While most are traditionally published with Interactive Publications, Pantera, and others, Lauren also assists a growing number of authors who strive for high quality self- or assisted publication. Most recently, she curated the content for Aiki Flinthart’s acclaimed online course for QWC, How to Get a Blackbelt in Writing and is currently co-editing the Relics, Wrecks and Ruins anthology.
An author as well as an editor, Lauren’s writing has appeared overseas and in Australia’s Antic and The Courier-Mail and 2020 Pendemic anthology. Her novel, Serpent’s Wake: A Tale for the Bitten shortlisted with Singapore’s Half the World Global Literati Awards and ranked 4th in the People’s Choice Award. It was launched in the US, Canada, and Australia in 2018. She co-authored the ‘20 Winning Short Story Competitions: Essential Tools for the Serious Writer with Cate Sawyer for Hawkeye Books.
